Application Checklist
Applicants should submit the following
items to the Admissions Office (Graduate):
- Application form (one
original and one copy)
- Official Transcripts (two
official copies)
- Letter of Recommendation
(three original letters)
- Supplementary Admission
Data form (one original and one copy)
- Statement of Interest (one
original and one copy)
- Official TOEFL scores (this
is required only if the language of instruction used by your
undergraduate university was other than English)
- Application Fee
Note that your application will NOT be
processed until all the items listed above are completed and submitted.
Supplementary Admission Data, Letter of Recommendation, as well as
Application forms, can be obtained from the School of Graduate Studies Forms
website.
