  • The School of Health Services Management has MOVED to the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM), located at 55 Dundas Street West, on the 8th floor.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING APPEALS

For students in the Health Services Management and Health Information Management programs, Grade Appeals must be delivered to the front desk of the Chang School for Continuing Education by the appropriate deadline. Academic Standing Appeals must be delivered the the HSM office at 55 Dundas Street West, Room TRS 2-042, by the appropriate deadline. The deadline for Grade Appeals for the Winter 2012 term is Friday, June 1st, 2012, at 4 pm.

Appeals must be delivered in person by 4:00 pm. No late admissions will be accepted. For further questions regarding Appeals, please email Carrie at cwiebe@ryerson.ca.

MISSED EXAMINATION POLICY

It is the Student's Responsibiltiy to be aware of Ryerson's Examination and Student Conduct policies, available on the Senate website.

Students must inform their Instructor of a missed examination within 3 days of the exam, and must provide the appropriate Ryerson Medical Certificate to their School/Department within 3 days.

For students taking more than one course, please also submit the Academic Consideration Document to your School/Department, so that your Department may contact all of the affected Instructors.
