1) Basic Searching
Before launching a search, check off the box next to Full Text to limit your results to the full text of articles.
Type the phrase : LAN and security in the Find box and click the Search button.
Search results consist of brief citations followed by a links to the full text of articles cited.
Articles are available in .pdf (Full Page Image), and html (Full Text).
Take a few mintues to browse through the search results. When you're done, return to the basic search screen.

"database design" or dbms
internet applications
portal? and intranet
"smart card?"
E-mailing Search Results
Type the phrase : Get Ready for the Wireless Enterprise in the Find box and click the Search button.
When the citation to the article appears, click on its title; i.e. Get Ready for the Wireless Enterprise
The article citation and abstract will be displayed. Click on the E-mail link at the top of the page.
Type your e-mail address in the E-mail Address box and click the Send button.
Providing a subject is optional.
Click on Continue once the e-mail is sent and then click on the Basic Search icon at the top of the page.
2) Publications
Click on the Publications tab at the top of the page.
Type the publication name : Computing Canada in the dialog box.
A link to the publication Computing Canada will display. Click on this link to view the issues that are available.
When you are done, clickon the Basic Search tab.
3) Subjects
Click on the Subjects tab at the top of the screen.
Type the phrase data warehousing in the dialog box and then click the Browse button.
Take a few minutes to explore the links to periodical articles and related terms.
