Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) Research Laboratory

 

 

The research in the MEMS Laboratory is focused on the development of novel micro sensors and actuators with applications in healthcare, life science, telecommunication, novel display and imagining systems. Current research projects include:

§       Novel out-of-plane large stroke micro actuators with applications to optical communication, wireless communication, micro assembly and manipulation.

§       Self-powered implantable micro biosensors for physiological parameters monitoring.
