Indigenous Student Wellness Week

Ryerson Aboriginal Student Services (RASS) invites you to its inaugural Indigenous Student Wellness Week from March 22 to 26. We invite all Indigenous students, faculty and staff from Ryerson and other post-secondary institutions to register and participate.

2021 theme: Planting seeds

The theme of “planting seeds” speaks to the way that the RASS team is laying the foundation for Indigenous community members to integrate the teachings of the medicine wheel through the four directions, four sacred medicines and four principles of our human experience: the spiritual, the emotional, the physical and the intellectual.

Our aim is that Indigenous Student Wellness Week events will empower participants to learn more about traditional ways of being and knowing that will enhance wellbeing during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

12 virtual events over 4 days

Day 1: Monday, March 22

Day 2: Tuesday, March 23

Day 3: Wednesday, March 24

Day 4: Thursday, March 25
