Pay it forward, be a career mentor

Business Management student Cole Sabaot and Maricruz Rodriguez, Mentoring Facilitator,
Tri-Mentoring Program.

Preparing to enter the workforce is an exciting time in a person’s life, but it can also be scary and overwhelming. Advice and guidance from a mentor can make all the difference in ensuring a smooth transition for students into their careers. Do you want to make that difference for a Ryerson student?

The Tri-Mentoring Program is currently recruiting mentors to work with students in their final years of study. In addition to supporting a student, mentors expand their own network while building their professional and personal career portfolio. Mentors can choose how they interact from one-on-one matches or flash mentoring (one time interaction).

“I am really grateful for all of my mentor's help and look up to her as a role model! I hope one day I can be a mentor like her to someone else, and be as good of a nurse.”

— Amanda Lee
(Ryerson Nursing student about her mentor, Mainka Tandon, Registered Nurse)
