Winter 2019 edition
How do millennial filmmakers establish their place in a competitive field? In this issue’s cover story, you’ll meet some Toronto-based image arts and documentary media grads who are applying the storytelling and technical skills they learned at Ryerson to creatively make successful films in their own style. The photographs in the story and on the cover depict a cinematography class in the university film studio – the start of something big. Also in this issue, there’s a thought-provoking conversation between journalism alumna Robyn Doolittle and Farrah Khan, Ryerson’s manager of the Consent Comes First Office. They’re talking about the #MeToo initiative and where they see it going in the future. Plus, read up on how aerospace engineers and Bombardier are working together on better air travel for passengers. We do want to hear from you! Send your comments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
