IT Department

The Arts IT Help Desk supports faculty, staff and students in a variety of different ways.

We hope that you'll consider us your first point of contact for any IT-related issues so we can at least direct your query to the appropriate party if we cannot solve it ourselves. 

We provide help to our Arts faculty and staff across their various computing devices, phones, tablets, etc. We can also provide help with projects related to both teaching technologies and SRC activities. For example, in the past, we've advised on technologies around the construction of web platforms for research, built servers for faculty, recommended on cloud computing deployments, teaching tools, negotiated software licenses, etc.

If your students are struggling with IT-related issues we can help guide them in the right direction to complete their coursework.
