To change current password login in my.torontomu.ca (opens in new window)  and under 'Self Service' click on 'Personal Account' and tap on 'Security' and click on 'Change Password'.

If you forgot password and have account recovery setup, follow the on-screen instructions and proceed with the steps.

If you do not have account recovery reach out to CCS for next steps.

You can have access to student VPN by following the instructions in this link (opens in new window) 

TMU offers various software packages available to download for current students including Microsoft and Adobe products.

As a student you have a wide range of software options. There are also free alternatives to many commercial software packages. 

If you have any questions about software options or availability that is not covered on the CCS list, please let us know!

The Azure Virtual Lab is available to you as an Arts student to complete your lab course work. The goal of this project is to offer an alternative to the physical lab space on campus.

You can download and access remote desktop using the  (PDF file) following instructions (opens in new window) .

If you cannot get the client working on your operating system, there is always the last option - to connect to the virtual lab through a web browser.

TMU uses two different 2FA methods - depending on the service it will be secured by either the use of the Google Authenticator or the Microsoft Authenticator.

Both are very simple to use/download on your device - you can obtain them from the following URLs:

Microsoft Authenticator

Keep your devices safe by downloading Sophos anti-virus software available for TMU students, faculty and staff.

You can login into TMU Wireless Network while on-campus using your laptop/phone/computer.

To download Microsoft 365 login with my.torontomu email and password and you can download all or selected licensed Office products to your computer. You can follow the instructions mentioned here.

If you want to save your Google Documents like Google Sheets/Slides/Docs to local computer follow the steps.

The TMU Two factor authentication can be reset by following simple steps. If you’re using a mobile device. You’ll need to install the Google Authenticator app on your device. Once installed, be sure not to delete it as you’ll need it each time you generate a verification code or choose Trust the device during login (trusting the device will remember for 30 days).
