Ryerson Open House - Faculty of Arts

The Ryerson Open House offers prospective students the chance to visit campus and get a taste of what University life is like. 

The Faculty of Arts will be hosting information sessions for each of our 13 full-time undergraduate programs and will also have staff and current students on hand to answer your questions. 

Our event hub will be on the 5th floor of the iconic Student Learning Center at 341 Yonge Street. The day will kick off with an Arts Information Session at 10:00 a.m. that speaks to what it means to be an Arts student at Ryerson. At 11:00 a.m., the departments will be hosting their own information sessions and help desks. The Ryerson Liberal Arts Society will also be hosting an informal chat with students who want to know what it's like to be a University student while faculty will display student research and projects for guests to view. This will continue throughout the day until 3:00 p.m.

The Faculty of Arts will offer a parent/guardian information session which focuses on student transition and support services (11:00 a.m.) and an Alumni Panel Discussion that will show prospective students some of the many opportunities that will be open to them once they finish their degree (1:00 p.m.).
