Research Interests:

Risk and benefits of fish consumption, and identifying the factors that affect the concentrations of polyunsaturated fatty acids and various contaminants (mercury, organic pollutants) in freshwater fish. Additionally, I use biomarkers, mainly fatty acids, together with mixing models to study to the structure and function of aquatic food webs.
