Electric fields in material space. Poisson's and Laplace's equations. Capacitance. Biot-Savart's Law and magnetic field intensity. Ampere's circuital law and the magnetic flux density. Magnetic forces. Self and mutual inductances. Time-varying fields and Maxwell's equations.
