Eureka Camp
Description
Get your STEM fix with Eureka! This program hands-on, interactive activities that introduce campers to the exciting worlds of Science and Engineering. The weekly camp schedule features fun, innovative, and engaging exercises that inspire each camper to see about their world in a new light.
Eureka is offered in partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University's Departments of Science and Engineering. Each camp program is facilitated by Toronto Met Day Camps staff with TMU science and engineering students.
Camp days comprise an even balance of Eureka programming programming and physically active Camp games, so your camper goes home each day having nurtured both their body and brain. Camp games take place throughout the TMU gyms, studios, Quad, and a mid-week Water Day on the Quad.
Each week of Eureka is highlighted by a Science/Engineering Olympiad on the final day.
Ages
All campers 8 – 13 years old (as of December 31)
Dates & Fees in 2024
Week #1 (July 2 - 5): $345 - 4 days
Week #2 (July 8 - 12): $415 - 5 days
Week #3 (July 15 - 19): $415 - 5 days
Week #4 (July 22 - 26): $415 - 5 days
Weekly themes will be annouced in May!
Early Bird Deadline: Register by March 29th to save $50 on your registration!
Registration closes three (3) business days before the start of a session, OR when that program is full.

Support Science at Toronto Metropolitan University
The Faculty of Science is committed to providing Eureka camp experiences to children with financial need who would not otherwise be able to attend. A week at Eureka introduces a child to science and engineering. Campers meet new friends, learn new skills, and develop an appreciation for learning in a way that is unique to Camp.
