Careernival creates opportunities to network with students and build your brand on campus or recruit students for part-time employment opportunities. Careernival is open to to students from all faculties and programs at Ryerson. Don’t miss this unique opportunity!

The 2017 fair is on Thursday, September 14, 2017.



Standard Sponsor

Provides you with a table at the Street Fair ($300+tax).

Resume Sponsor

Identifies your organization as the resume booth sponsor with logo displayed at the Resume Booth and in the Digital Student Guide ($500+tax).

Game Sponsor

This year we are offering an opportunities who are interested in building brand on campus. These employers can sponsor a carnival game. They will be responsible to run the game and can engage with students in an informal way (Contact for pricing).

Platinum Sponsor

This sponsorship level offers both a Street Fair table and a Game that your team will host. You will be listed on all the marketing as the Platinum sponsor (Contact for pricing).

To register as a Standard Sponsor or as the Resume Clinic Sponsor visit our registration page. Once registered you will receive a confirmation. Additional details, including parking, drop-off points and directions, will be sent to you two weeks prior to the date of Careernival.

Registration Policy:

Standard Sponsors must have a part-time or contract position open within 3 months of the Career Fair.

The following types of positions will not be considered for this Career Fair: commission-based, entrepreneurial, franchise, unpaid, or third party recruiters.

Promotion of services and/or products for any other purpose is not permitted.

Career Fair registration can be revoked within 5 business days of registration, if an organization is found unsuitable for this particular fair.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, refunds are available until September 8, 2016, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Day of Careernival Drop Off

Materials and displays can be dropped off with Ryerson staff at Gould St. and Bond St. just west of Church St.

Please look for the unloading sign and Ryerson Career Centre staff who will be wearing blue aprons. Career Fair Loading Dock Assistants will happily take your materials to your table in the exhibition space while you park your car. Several parking options are noted on the map here.





9:30 - 11:00 a.m.

Arrival & Set-Up

  • Drop off your materials* (Career Fair Loading Dock Assistants will be available to assist you)

  • Name badges and a welcome package (including WiFi information) will be placed on your table in the exhibition space.

Kindly note: Gould Street is closed to vehicle traffic between Bond Street and O'Keefe Lane
