Ryerson's Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) Career Fair will be taking place on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 11:00AM - 3:00PM.

The STEM Career Fair connects students looking to launch their careers in science, technology, engineering and math with leading organizations like yours.

This fair is open to students from all faculties and programs at Ryerson with a focus on students and recent graduates in Faculty of Science and Faculty of Engineering & Architectural Science. Standard Registration Package

$750 + HST (SOLD OUT)

Startup & Non-Profit Registration Package

Startup & Non-Profit Registration Package

$150 +HST (SOLD OUT) 

We offer a discounted rate for a limited number of start-ups and non-profit organizations. The start-up rate is available to organizations less than five years old with fewer than 30 employees. The non-profit rate is available to registered charities or not-for-profits with fewer than 250 employees.   • Premium booth location in a high traffic area
  • Booth space increased to two tables (6’ X 2.5’ each) and the option to bring up to 8 company representatives

  • Private interview room available onsite on the day of the Career Fair

Photo Booth

$1000 + HST

Professional online profiles are an indispensable part of a student’s job search. To highlight their importance to students, each of our Career Fairs will have an on-site Online Profile Photo Booth. Students will have the opportunity to have a professional profile picture taken on site by our staff photographer.

In addition to benefits of standard registration, this unique opportunity offers:

  • Your logo prominently displayed at the Online Profile Photo Booth
  • Recognition as an Online Profile Photo Booth Sponsor in the promotional materials, the Digital Student Guide and on social media
  • Your branding and message in email delivery of student photos


EDI Networking Breakfast


$1000 + HST (SOLD OUT)

EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Networking Breakfast is your organization's opportunity to meet and network with students from diversity employment groups such as LGBTQ, racialized and Indigenous communities, women in STEM, and persons with disabilities.

In addition to benefits of standard registration, this unique opportunity offers:

Résumé Clinic

At each of our career fairs, we provide students with the opportunity to have their resume reviewed by our career education specialist team.

Itinerary

 

* Dropping off materials:

Materials and displays can be dropped off with Ryerson staff at 21 Gerrard Street East  (Gerrard St. E and Victoria St. just east of Yonge St.)

Please look for the unloading sign and Ryerson Career Centre staff who will be wearing blue aprons. Career Fair Loading Dock Assistants will happily take your materials to your table in the exhibition hall while you park your car. Several parking options are noted on this interactive version of our campus map.

 

** Breakfast and Lunch:

For employers who chose the Standard registration package, or Online Profile Photo Booth or Résumé Clinic sponsorship packages: you will receive breakfast and lunch for a maximum of 4 attendees.

For official Career Fair Platinum and Gold Sponsors, you will receive lunch for a maximum of 6 (gold) to 8 (platinum) attendees.

8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

Arrival & Set-Up

  • Drop off your materials to 21 Gerrard Street East* (Career Fair Loading Dock Assistants will be available to assist you)

  • Name badges and a welcome package (including WiFi information) will be placed on your table in the exhibition space.
