Connecting on Campus

Access to Ryerson's Wireless network is freely available to the entire Ryerson community while on campus. Service is available in all buildings with focus on common areas such as student lounges, cafeterias and corridors. If you are in an area where no WiFi signal is available, please report it to wireless@ryerson.ca.

How to Connect

If you wish to setup and configure your own access point (wireless router), please read and follow the instructions in the Ryerson Wireless Policy.

Faculty/Staff 

Faculty and staff requiring a RIN (internet) connection from their office should contact the CCS Help Desk. Also see - Faculty and Staff online resources.

Students 

While on campus, students with laptops may connect to the internet using Ryerson's free wireless service. Students living in residence, ILLC or Pitman Hall, may access the internet from their rooms via ResNet.

Connecting from Residence (ResNet)

Students living in residence can connect to the internet through ResNet, Ryerson's ethernet (wired) network.  Select your residence from the list below to configure your Resnet connection:
