Faculty and staff are encouraged to consult the CCS supported hardware list when planning to purchase computer hardware for Ryerson use. All desktops, laptops, printers and monitors on the supported hardware list have been thoroughly evaluated and tested to meet performance standards.
CCS technicians are available to deliver, set-up, configure and provide support and repairs for all Ryerson-owned hardware on the list.
Hardware that is not on the supported hardware list will be delivered directly to the client. The client will need to contact the vendor for all repairs, as CCS is not authorized to provide repair for the equipment. CCS will install standard and supported applications at no charge, other services are available for a fee, please see our Service List.
To order new hardware, place requests through our Oracle Government Financials (OGF) page or with your Departmental Assistant.
Accessories, such as mice, cables, PC speakers can be purchased from the Ryerson Bookstore.
NOTE: All pricing includes Ontario Environmental Disposal Fee, but not HST.
