How to Get Help in Labs

During all hours of operation in KHW71 an advisor is available to assist you with any questions you may have. Advisors will answer software or hardware questions, but they are restricted from teaching applications or completing your work. Lab hours change depending on the time of year but are generally open Monday to Friday from 8 am until midnight.

If you have any questions or experience any problems with our application please use one of the problem forms:

  • Activation - Report problems with account activation.

  • Self Service  - Report general problems with your account or the my.ryerson Portal.

  • CPS or Virtual Application - Report problems with Campus Printing Service (CPS) or Virtual Applications.

  • my.ryerson - Report problems with the my.ryerson Portal.
