Cisco Jabber

Cisco Jabber is an app that allows you to make and receive phone calls to your Ryerson extension on your computer or mobile device. Its use is tied to the new Cisco phone system, which is currently available for pilot access at Ryerson.

Installing Jabber

Once you receive confirmation from CCS that you’ve been moved to the new Cisco system, please download and set up Jabber on your computer or mobile device. Instructions can be found under the “Cisco Jabber” section of the Software for Phones and Fax page.
