Where to find us

The Toronto Metropolitan Centre for Immigration and Settlement (TMCIS) is located at 220 Yonge Street in the Toronto Eaton Centre (TEC), Suite 204, above the Trattoria Mercatto Restaurant and the Chapters Indigo Bookstore. To access TEC 204, take the elevator outside the upper level of the Zara store (Level 4) and go to Floor 2. TEC 204 is the office on the left when you exit the elevator.

*TEC 204 is a department-authorized office. Visitors without OneCard access to this space should ring the doorbell and wait for assistance. Please book an appointment in advance to ensure that a member of the TMCIS team will be available to meet with you.*

TMCIS occupies space in the traditional and unceded territory of nations including the Anishnaabeg, the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples, and territory which is also now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. This territory is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, as well as the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas.
