Hiring Process

Ryerson Co-op uses a continuous hiring process where jobs are posted on a first-come, first-served basis until all students are hired. There is no rank/match process.

Process

(The steps below may take 2 - 4 weeks depending on the employer)

1. Advertisement 2. Application 3. Interviews 4. Selection
Job descriptions are submitted by employers and posted for students to apply. Students apply. Applications are sent to employers to be pre-screened for interviews. Employers choose students for interviews hosted at the company site or Ryerson. Employers select students and notify the Co-op Office. The Co-op Office relays offers to the students.
