Opt-Out of Receiving Security Incidents

If you wish to opt-out of receiving security incidents by email, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account. account login screen

2. Under “Self Service”, select “Personal Account”.

3. Under “Preferences”, “Mass Mailing Subscriptions” and next to “Security Incident Email”, select the “Subscribed” toggle.

4. When the system window appears, select “Yes, I am sure!” to confirm you’d like to unsubscribe.

5. If you select “Yes, I am sure!”, they toggle should now read “Unsubscribed”.

6. Select “Close” to save your changes.
