About the Ceremonials Office

The Ceremonials Office is at the helm of organizing convocation for all students, faculty and staff at the university. Ceremonies are held each spring and fall at the Mattamy Athletic Centre.

Convocation is one of the most important celebrations in a student’s life. It is a time to recognize successful years of study and dedication, and an opportunity to celebrate this achievement with family and friends.
