About Image Arts

Sharing new ways to look at the world.

Image Arts at The Creative School (opens in new window)  has a legacy of fostering generations of creatives in the worlds of film and photography. Throughout the years, students have risen to the challenges and changes of the world they live in and come to instead offer dynamic new ways of seeing. Our community is made up of innovative and critical thinkers, where students and faculty alike are redefining the meaning of image making.

From your first day on campus to graduation, you and your peers are empowered with a foundation of real-world skills: technical practice, artistic freedom, and theory. Nestled in its own building on campus, Image Arts houses an array of top facilities and equipment: darkrooms, photography studios, sound stages, a carpentry workshop, and a bevy of cameras and lenses. Students have access to state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technology.
