Ted Rogers MBA Consulting Team
Each year in Spring and Summer, students in the final stage of their Ted Rogers MBA program carry out a Management Consulting Capstone Experience, where they work with client organizations to help them solve important business problems.
As they are doing this as part of their MBA, no fees are charged to the Client organization. This is a win/win for student and the Client. Students gain practical experience by helping solve actual business challenges, drawing on what they have learned in class, in case competitions and other experiential activities. Clients get a fresh perspective on their business and solid recommendations based on in-depth analysis by the student team. And Ted Rogers MBA students are amongst the best in the country!
Typically these projects run for about 10 weeks, with teams of four or five MBA students working with a client executive. Team findings and recommendations are presented at the end of the project in a written report and at a final presentation.
