Meetings and Gatherings

Physical distancing to be maintained during in-person gatherings

Physical distancing is a key aspect of preventing the spread of COVID-19. Whenever possible, Ryerson community members should use email, phone, or video conferences to meet rather than in-person. If an in-person meeting is necessary, please first confirm with your leader that the meeting must move forward and implement the following guidelines:

Physical distancing of two metres must be maintained at all times.

In-person gatherings should be limited to the maximums outlined by the provincial government.

Maintain physical distancing during in-person social activities such as lunch or coffee.

Visitors to campus

At this time, external visitors should be limited to only those that are necessary for the continuation of critical work, and should be approved by your leadership. Any visitors to campus should be tracked using the guidelines set out for logging activity to allow contact tracing.
