At this time, DMP staff are working off campus. We cannot meet with instructors in person. If you are an instructor or staff member who requires D2L Brightspace support, please email with your questions or details of your problem. We will try to respond by email as quickly as possible. If necessary, we can also arrange a video chat with you to provide support.

Please keep in mind that we are managing a higher than normal volume of requests at this time.

The Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching has created some excellent (and constantly updated) resources for Remote Teaching. Please refer to this resource for advice about switching your course to online, delivering lectures and exams, among other topics.


Zoom support

For support with Zoom, please visit Zoom's Help Center, external link or email using your Ryerson email address.

We provide support and consultation services for you to brainstorm, discuss, and plan how you can incorporate learning technologies in your teaching. Fill out the contact form below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Location (starting January 2020)  

The DMP offices and faculty suite are incorporated within the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching; located in the Daphne Cockwell Health Sciences Complex (DCC), at 288 Church Street.

For the most direct route, take the elevator to the 7th floor and turn right. Follow the signage to the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (DCC-715). Upon your arrival, reception staff will direct you to the appropriate DMP staff member or facility.

Hours of operation 
