The Ecological Model
Our work takes a systems approach. Our work considers societal factors, such as policy and stereotypes, organizational factors such as governance and human resources as well as individual factors including beliefs, skills and behavior in driving change. Inclusion shapes innovation but we want to harness what we know about innovation to promote inclusion.
We recognize that context matters and that organizations are often at different stages in their inclusion journey. We ground our work in an approach which focuses on continuous improvement. Our proprietary, data-driven approach, uses our Diversity Assessment Tool (DAT) to provide an in-depth view of your organization’s practices, processes, and policies benchmarked against global best practice.
