Apply for Ryerson early learning and care (ELC)

Early learning and care is available from age 18 months to four years and in
either full time or part time enrolment. We are also a subsidized program with
the City of Toronto and families who qualify for child care subsidy through Metro Children's Services may receive assistance with their monthly fees.

The ELC currently has a waiting list of approximately 12 – 15 months. To put your information on the waitlist, please fill out the waitlist application form [PDF] and email the completed for to elc@ryerson.ca. Please review our waitlist policy [PDF] for enrollment guidelines.

The application form does not guarantee your child a space in the program,
however the administrative support at the ELC works diligently to offer space to as many families as possible.

Admission to the ELC program is on a first-come, first-served basis with priority
reserved for Ryerson students, faculty and staff.
