Digital Learning Working Group

The Digital Learning Working Group was convened in 2017 by Provost Bennaroch to develop a strategy for moving Digital Learning forward across TMU. Key stakeholders of Digital Learning at TMU were represented on the Working Group.

The Digital Learning Working Group identified the following priorities for Digital Learning at Toronto Metropolitan University. These priorities will guide Digital Learning initiatives and focus on ensuring flexible access to high quality, inclusive, active learning opportunities for TMU students.

Digital Learning Priorities

  1. Enhance control for students and faculty over pace, place and time of learning
  2. Enable the academic community in strategic pedagogical transformation
  3. Establish robust technical and pedagogical support, and
  4. Expand capacity for evidence-informed teaching practice
