First-Year Engineering Office

As a precautionary measure the First-Year Engineering Office (FYEO) is now closed. Student Advising will continue to be available.

For general inquiries, virtual advising is available via drop-in Zoom sessions Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. For more information about these drop-ins, please visit our Academic Support page.

The First-Year Engineering Office is open Mondays - Fridays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The office is located in room 340A in the George Vari Engineering & Computing Centre (ENG). If you need to submit paper documents outside of office hours, you may do so via our dropbox. (All documents submitted after 5 p.m. will be stamped with the next day’s date.)
