Real Institute College Park

The Real Institute (Ryerson English as an Additional Language) has relocated to College Park (CPK) with dedicated space on the second floor. These new facilities are able to right-size and grow, and will flourish within a space that supports that growth. This custom-designed, leased addition to the Ryerson University campus enhances the prestige of the program, both in marketing to prospective students and in providing first-rate instructional space.

The design strategy incorporates pod and flexible classroom designs, with some spaces using garage doors to maximize natural light. Large photographic prints depicting Canadian seasons surround the core of the building, and the main entrance is designed as an open town hall area with accessible bleacher seating. Occupants enjoy direct access to the TTC College subway station, external link as well as food and retail outlets. Get a behind-the-scenes look at what it took to bring The Real Institute College Park to life.
