The Facilities Help Desk will be staffed remotely Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please contact us by email at fixit@ryerson.ca.

The Facility Services and Maintenance and Operations teams are led by executive director, Alp Amasya. Under Alp’s leadership, we maintain and optimize the condition of Ryerson buildings, facilities and grounds across over four million square feet of campus.

Facilities crews and Maintenance and Operations staff provide a mix of on-demand and planned service. On-demand services include responding to all custodial and maintenance work requests submitted to the Facilities Help Desk.

Facility Services and Maintenance and Operations support the Facilities Management and Development (FMD) departmental mission by maintaining and optimizing the condition of leased spaces and university-owned facilities and grounds, improving customer satisfaction by providing quality services in a responsive, reliable and customer-focussed manner.
