Research Appointments

Located in downtown Toronto, the Fashion Research Collection (FRC) is located in the School of Fashion at Ryerson University. We happily invite undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and visiting researchers to request a research appointment.

Appointment Scheduling

The FRC is available to book appointments on Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice when requesting an appointment. Though not all requests can be accommodated, we do our best to assist with all inquiries.

What to Bring to Your Appointment:

To document your research, please consider bringing paper, pencil (no pens allowed), a camera and/or sketchbook. Laptops are also allowed. Gloves will be provided. 

Please Note

No food or drink is allowed in the facility. Photos are permitted and encouraged but no flash photos are allowed. Photos taken may be used for research and assignment purposes only. Photos for publication should be cleared with the Collection Coordinator.
