FCAD and the Canadian University Dubai (CUD) partnered to introduce MENA’s first Creative Industries program and Creative Innovation Zone. Adapting Ryerson’s Zone Learning model, FCAD is connecting local industry leaders and incubators to offer experiential learning opportunities. FCAD is also exploring other program offerings to support CUD in the creation of a new Faculty of Communication and Design.
FCAD is introducing the world’s first International Professional Master’s Diploma in Design in partnership with University of Arts London. FCAD is also working with London South Bank University to develop curricular-based transatlantic projects. In addition, FCAD London has established a new alumni mentorship group that will advise students and faculty members in developing links in the UK.
Global Campus Studio
Global Campus Studio (GCS) is a virtual hub for international collaborative experiences and encompasses a wide range of international learning opportunities for the students. GCS provides an outlet for students and faculty members to collaborate on innovative content, experiential research, and curricular projects, including design solution, through collaborative supercourses.
