Internal Research Grants

The Faculty of Community Services offers internal research grant opportunities to our faculty members for a wide range of scholarly, research and creative activities.

Grants

The New Collaborative Research Grant supports new interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary research teams who will go on to apply for external team-based funding.

The Publication Grant supports manuscript completion and submission.

The Seed Grant supports research initiatives, such as pilot and feasibility studies, that will provide the foundation for external funding applications.

The Travel Grant supports Faculty members to present at academic conferences.

Funds

The Discretionary Funds support urgent, unanticipated costs associated with conducting research. 

Discretionary Funds requests are  (google form) submitted directly to the Associate Dean, SRC (external link) .
