By working collaboratively, we can create opportunities for the next generation of architects and engineers—developing the competencies they need to solve society’s most pressing problems.
Submit your application for the Dean’s Advisory Council.

At the Faculty of Engineering & Architectural Science (FEAS), we know that true innovation comes from a diversity of voices, ideas and experiences. That’s why we’re focused on building an equitable and inclusive Dean’s Advisory Council comprised of professionals from a variety of fields.

Among the top ten engineering schools in Canada, according to Maclean’s 2017 University Ranking, our Faculty is driven to fulfill societal needs. We have built strong partnerships with industry, hospitals, international universities and the external community—partnerships that provide our students with a diverse and rich environment for adaptively relevant, interdisciplinary learning. Currently on a path of exponential growth, our Faculty has seen external research revenue increase 329% (2001-2014) and has garnered a research citation impact ranking of fourth overall in Canada (2017).

Members of the Dean’s Advisory Council will help us build on this momentum, providing expert advice and industry-specific strategic guidance as we strengthen our position as a leader in engineering and architectural science in Canada. This is an outstanding volunteer opportunity for an accomplished senior executive or up-and-coming industry leader who is passionate about playing a role in the strategic direction of FEAS for years to come.
