Incoming Mail

Each day, one regular mail delivery is received at our Bond Street location while express mail, courier and bulk items arrive throughout the day. Once received, items are sorted and delivered to departments and faculties.

Mail delivery and pickup runs

At least one daily visit is made to each Ryerson department for mail dropoff and pickup.

In-person pickups

If you’d prefer to pick up a shipment yourself, please bring your Ryerson One Card, courier company name and tracking number to the Central Receiving office at 105 Bond Street.

When sending someone to pick up items on your behalf, the Mail Room must be notified in advance and your representative must show their One Card once they arrive. Contact us at 416-979-5000, ext. 7021.

The mail room is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  1. Once received, item is opened in the receiving area

  2. Item is logged in Ryerson’s chemical handling software and inspected

  3. Item is repackaged and resealed for delivery
