Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Degroote School of Business, McMaster University.
Growing up in an Italian household, Eric gained a passion for food by cooking with his mother every night. From this passion, Eric opened a cake-decorating company which he owned and operated for over five years spanning his university career. From weddings to birthdays, anniversaries to showers, Eric has made numerous custom fondant cakes.
Why Digital Media?
As Eric began to post pictures of his cakes online through social media websites, he began to notice how his business spread though this medium. Over the years he has been featured on various blogs, websites and featured in Vaughan’s Whatever Magazine.
“Digital media has helped me succeed in my own business. I would like to continue to work with this medium to grow future endeavors.”
Inspired by his love for food and baking, Eric is looking to develop Foodie Call: a platform to connect chefs and avid food lovers or 'foodies' in the city of Toronto.
