Web Design & Digital Marketing

Enthusiastic, creative thinking and total commitment are some of the skills that best describe me. I am a Business Administrator with a flair for the arts. I am a person with technical aptitude and an interest in marketing and cutting-edge technology. The practice of extreme sports such as motocross and long-boarding have given me the inspiration and freedom to think that there are no limits and everything is possible, just as it is in the digital world.

Over the past five years, I have worked with a variety of industries involving marketing agencies, a call centre, a game testing centre, software developers and book printers. I am also the founder of Creative Toro, an inbound marketing service provider. For the past four years I have been working as a part-time freelance web and graphic designer. More than what I have studied in school and the University it has been these experiences that have shaped the person that I am today.

Why Digital Media?

After completion of my studies, I plan to work in a technological project developing digital applications that may contribute to a better quality of life for South American Markets. I expect to have developed a successful career that I can be proud of.

Major Research Project

Application development and digital marketing strategies for engaging local communities through UGC in a mobile environment

For this project, I intend to employ an experimental approach to use digital marketing strategies to engage local communities through the interaction of user video generated content, with the development of a mobile application.
In the pages of this proposal, I shall state the importance of following protocols for best practices and concepts for interaction design, such as the “five fundamental psychological concepts, that are needed to integrate in order to develop a successful user experience: affordances, signifiers, constraints, mappings and feedback”
