Seminars & Events

As a group, Graphs@TMU is very active in organizing events to share knowledge in pure and applied mathematics. We aim to enhance collaboration and expand the horizons for discrete mathematics at Toronto Met and beyond.

“Graphs@TMU provided world-class theoretical expertise and exceptional ability in applying it to complex, real-life problems. During our joint projects, Dr. Pralat's knowledge-sharing really enhanced my research team's relational data mining skills.”

Dr. Bogumił Kamiński, Head of Decision Analysis and Support Unit, SGH Warsaw School of Economics

Seminars

Graphs@TMU hosts a regular Math Seminar Series featuring Toronto Met researchers and external guest speakers. Topics cover recent research results, open problems and pedagogical presentations. Seminars are open to all Faculty, staff, students and external guests. Everyone is welcome.

Conferences and Events

We’re proud to have inaugurated Canada’s national graphs conference – Graph Searching in Canada (GRASCan). We also share regularly in co-organizing the international Workshop on Algorithms and Models for the Web (WAW) and other academic and professional events.
