eHR provides you with self service options to view all your benefit information online. You will find information about the different plans that you and your dependents are enrolled in. In this tutorial you will learn how to view your benefits and your dependent's coverage.

This session covers a range of topics including how to view and update your personal information, how to update your addresses and phone numbers, and how to change and add your emergency contacts.

To visit eHR, login at my.ryerson.ca and click on the eHR tab.
