Workshops for Leaders

LEAD Certificates

Leadership is an important skill that requires time, effort and development.

As part of a recognition that you don’t have to be a manager in order to lead, Ryerson’s Organizational and Employee Effectiveness team provides two pathways to build your leadership skills.

One pathway focuses on learning for leaders with direct reports, while the other provides specific learning for influencers without direct reports.

Upon graduation from both cohorts, you are invited to join the Ryerson Leadership Learning Community of Practice, which offers continued professional development opportunities.
