Stay Informed

The all way crossing scramble at Yonge and Dundas Streets.

Keep yourself in-the-know with these different publications and social media accounts from across the university.

There are lots of different communication channels you can use to both receive and send information at the university. In addition to keeping yourself informed of the latest news stories, they can serve as a gateway to workplace engagement and integration.

Every employee will automatically receive these eNewsletters through their Ryerson email account:

  • Ryerson Today features the latest community news and events for Ryerson students, faculty and staff.
  • Ryerson Works publishes two monthly communications for faculty and staff:
    • an internal newsletter designed to strengthen Ryerson’s People First work culture and help employees find information they need to get their work done; and
    • a summary of upcoming workshops and events happening on campus that are geared towards enhancing employees’ personal and professional wellbeing.

HR memos and bulletins: Informational emails are sent to relevant employee audiences as required. This includes our Highlight on upcoming workshops and events, which lists internal training opportunities and things happening on campus for the upcoming month.

If you use Twitter, you can follow these accounts for up-to-date information targeted towards the Ryerson community:

LinkedIn users can follow Ryerson's company page, external link, where employees share ideas, seek advice and develop a connection to the university and one another.

The Eyeopener, external link: Independent student newspaper, owned and operated by Rye Eye Publishing Inc., a non-profit corporation owned by the students of Ryerson.

Ryersonian, external link: Weekly newspaper produced by students in their final year of the journalism program.

Ryerson Magazine: Stories for Ryerson alumni and friends, published twice annually.
