In coordination with Maximum Exposure’s year-end online exhibition event, Converge Lecture Series is pleased to announce our upcoming panel discussion event on April 30, 2020 – Representation and Photography: Subjectivity, Collaboration and Ethics. Via Zoom, Converge will host artist, writer, educator and Toronto’s current Photo Laureate Michele Pearson Clarke, in discussion with writer and educator Laurence Butet-Roch and artist Shellie Zhang. Our panellists will discuss representation, social issues, the role of the artist, and more, followed by questions from the audience.
All lectures are open to the public, accessible to all bodies, welcoming to all faiths and backgrounds and 100% free!
