Having supported over 50 experimental projects and 2,000 members, our resources provide a one-stop destination that help innovative creators iterate, refine, finance and commercialize their boundary-pushing ideas.
Our members gain access to our in-house services and facilities, along with access to additional research and development resources.

The Creative Technology Lab (CTL) is an advanced technology-based workshop that supports creative research, specialized curriculum, and entrepreneurship activities across all nine Creative School programs and Ryerson Zones.

The Catalyst is the first large-scale space dedicated to scholarly, research, and creative (SRC) activities within Ryerson’s Creative School. The Catalyst brings brilliant minds together from across the creative industries to explore, innovate, and impact the world we live in.

Zone Learning is for anyone who wants to get practical experience in what it takes to build an initiative/venture from the ground-up. You can initiate your own projects or contribute to existing ventures involving faculty, business and community partners.
Access to our physical on-campus spaces are determined on a case by case bases inline with COVID-19 measures as well as by the scope of a projects needs. We have developed virtual resources in tandem with inperson opportunities to provide the best possible incubator/accelerator experience. One of the primary benefits of being in our co-working spaces is the ability to connect with other creatives, and we are working hard to ensure these same peer-to-peer opportunities exist across our programming, digital or inperson
