Thank you for taking the online placement test. The Placement Test Score Guide will help you determine which courses you are allowed to take based on your test score.

Select your placement test guide by clicking on the French or Spanish tab above.

Click on the Test Score that corresponds to your placement test results. The courses that you are permitted to enrol in will be listed in the drop-down menu.

You may use RAMSS to enrol in the courses listed as appropriate to your test score; if you have a valid enrolment appointment or it is currently the Open Enrolment period.

If you have already enroled in a beginner level (101) course and your test results indicate that you belong in a more advanced class, please drop the beginner courses and enrol in the appropriate course.

Note: If you complete FRE 501 with a B+ or higher, you can advance to FRE 515, FRE 505 or FRE 605; otherwise, you must take FRE 601 prior to taking FRE 515, FRE 505 or FRE 605.
