Workplace Wellbeing Services

Workplace Wellbeing Services, is an office based in HR to assist and support managers and employees who are addressing issues related to health and wellbeing, disability, sick leave, accommodation and return to work.

Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

Employee Assistance & Family Program (EAFP) is a confidential and voluntary support service for faculty, staff and their immediate family members (as defined by their employee benefit plan). EAP provides support services over the telephone, in person and online, and also offers a variety of issue-based health and wellness resources.

EFAP Counselling

E-Counselling is a professional counselling service delivered via a private conference portal.

EFAP Work Health Life

Work Health Life offers online resources on topics such as health and well-being, career and workplace, financial security, life events and much more.

The Gerstein Centre offers telephone support for adults living in Toronto who are experiencing mental health crises.
