Introducing a leadership program for second-year Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science (FEAS) students

Designed by FEAS, Ryerson Career & Co-op Centre, and the Tri-Mentoring Program, NEXT will help you explore and develop your potential. Our workshops will give you the opportunity to zero-in on your professional goals, and develop crucial communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll connect with your peers and share insights. With help from our experts and mentors, you’ll grow as a networker and leader.

A program that evolves with you, you’ll unlock major benefits as you progress through each stage of NEXT, such as:
