Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the office remains closed until further notice. We will continue to respond to emails and phone calls, and you can still make a complaint using either of those methods.

There is an elevator in the Student Campus Centre which is connected to Oakham House. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, exit straight down the hall, turn left at the student lounge and continue on through the automatic door - rooms 214/215/216 are on the left.
Only Ombuds staff are authorized to access voicemail and email accounts. We prefer to discuss issues over the phone or in person because the transfer of information through an email server cannot be guaranteed to be confidential.
After-hours and off-campus appointments can be arranged. We make every effort to respond to voicemails and emails within 1-2 business days.
